I just want to thank you again for the fantastic job you did being my planner for our October wedding.
I emailed you a week after our Bali engagement last year, and not only did you reply to me the same day, but you made the time to meet with us, and suggest some suitable venues before we flew home the next week. It was an easy decision to choose you as our planner as we could tell you had our best interests at heart and you listened to what we wanted our wedding day to be.
After that, nothing I asked for was too much. Each email was responded to by the next day and I felt confident throughout, that our wedding day was going to be exactly how we wanted it to be. And it was. The day was flawless and our guests were blown away with what was achieved living in different countries and corresponding only by email.
