Dear Natalie,
We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for putting together our magical day in October 2015. From the get go, you were responsive to emails, and clearly very knowledgeable in everything to do with Bali weddings. When we had our first meeting in May 2014, we just knew that you would be the perfect person for the job. Your bubbly and friendly personality was so endearing and we knew that we would all get along like a house on fire. You helped with every part of the wedding – showing us around Bali venue-hunting, suggesting photographers, videographers, florists, catering… the list goes on.
The whole time that we were planning our wedding, people would ask me how all the wedding planning was going, and I would respond, “I’m the most relaxed bride ever – my planner is handling EVERYTHING!” You answered my questions quickly – and when things were getting a bit confusing for us back here, a good old Skype session was all that I needed to calm my nerves.
You were flexible and always seemed happy to help with whatever I needed. I think I changed my mind with a few things on numerous occasions, but you never made me feel like an inconvenience. You were just so HELPFUL! Even to the point where, on the big day, you brought the bridesmaids and I much needed coffees!
My new husband and I could not have imagined the day going any better than it did, and it was all thanks to you and your amazing team! THANK YOU! We have already recommended you to a few people back home here and will 100% recommend you to anyone who asks.
